Joint Managing Director
Mr. Raajasundaram, Joint Managing Director of NTC Group, is a dynamic business leader who combines financial expertise with strategic foresight. An MBA graduate from Madras University, he has over 25 years of leadership experience guiding the Group’s growth journey across multiple sectors, including infrastructure through NTC Infra.
Since 1997, he has been instrumental in not only managing budgets, treasury, audits, and compliances but also in shaping the overall direction of the Group with a forward-looking vision. His leadership goes beyond numbers—he is known for his ability to build trust, empower teams, and foster collaboration across functions.
Hailing from a family of strong business acumen, Mr. Raajasundaram has developed a leadership style marked by clarity, decisiveness, and people-centric governance. Director – Fleet Operations and Maintenance
Mr. Muthusamy, Director of Fleet Operations and Maintenance, plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing NTC Logistics’ Namakkal facility. He manages one of the largest and most complex fleets in the industry, with over 2,000 drivers, co-drivers, and operators under his supervision.
Starting his journey in transportation as an entrepreneur with a modest fleet, Mr. Muthusamy quickly built a reputation for operational excellence and a deep understanding of ground-level logistics. His early expertise and vision led him to collaborate with Dr. Chandramohan, where together they laid the foundation for what has today grown into the NTC empire.
