Turning vision into reality through engineered excellence across industries.
NTC Infra has successfully delivered a 60 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant in Perungudi, Chennai, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable infrastructure and environmental stewardship. The plant is designed to treat 60 million liters of sewage per day, transforming wastewater into reusable water for industrial and non-potable applications. Built with a focus on efficiency and environmental compliance, this next-generation facility plays a crucial role in reducing the pollution load on natural water bodies and supporting water reuse in an urban context. By converting waste into a valuable resource, the project highlights NTC Infra’s dedication to building cleaner, smarter cities that are equipped for long-term ecological balance and responsible resource management.
NTC Infra has successfully delivered a large-scale Water Supply Improvement Project in Madipakkam, Chennai, ensuring clean, reliable, and sustainable water access for the area’s growing urban population. The project comprised the installation of 100 km of pipelines, a 9,000 House Service Connection (HSC) network enabling direct household delivery, and a 50-lakh-liter capacity overhead tank—engineered to meet both present and future demand. Built with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and environmental responsibility, the initiative not only addresses today’s needs but also prepares the region for future urban expansion. This achievement reinforces NTC Infra’s commitment to strengthening essential civic infrastructure and promoting sustainable urban development.
A cutting-edge factory shed with a Civil and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structure is developed in Melakarandai, Tuticorin, to serve as a specialized windmill tower manufacturing unit. Designed to support large-scale industrial operations, the facility accommodates heavy-duty machinery, precision-driven fabrication processes, and optimized workflow layouts for maximum efficiency. With a strong focus on structural integrity and functional design, this project makes a meaningful contribution to the renewable energy sector by enabling the streamlined, high-volume production of windmill towers. It reflects a forward-looking approach to industrial infrastructure aligned with sustainable development goals.
NTC Infra contributed to one of Chennai’s most forward-thinking water infrastructure projects—the 45 MLD Tertiary Treatment & Reverse Osmosis (TTRO) Plant at Koyambedu. Built to meet the water demands of rapidly growing SIPCOT industrial clusters, this plant transforms treated wastewater into high-quality process water through an advanced three-stage purification system. From executing civil works for ultrafiltration and RO units to building essential storage, treatment, and support facilities, our team played a critical role in delivering a future-ready solution. Successfully commissioned in November 2019, the project now supplies 45 MLD of reusable water daily, reducing industrial dependence on freshwater sources and marking a significant step toward sustainable urban development.
NTC Infra is undertaking a key sewage infrastructure upgrade in Chennai by replacing the existing 1000 mm DI pumping main with two parallel 900 mm CI mains, spanning 6,135 meters from LB Road Relay SPS to Perungudi SPS. This project is strategically designed to enhance sewage flow capacity, introduce operational redundancy, and improve the overall reliability of the city's core wastewater system. With a focus on precision, durability, and long-term performance, the initiative reflects NTC Infra’s commitment to building smarter, more resilient urban infrastructure.
NTC Infra successfully carried out the construction of the Integrated Chief Educational Officer (CEO) Office and Godown Buildings within the Master Plan Complex at Thiruvannamalai, commissioned by the Public Works Department. The facility has been designed to serve as the central administrative hub for the district’s education sector, enabling effective planning, governance, and monitoring of various educational initiatives. Alongside the main office, dedicated godown buildings were developed to support functional and operational needs, ensuring smooth coordination of resources. By strengthening institutional efficiency and providing a modern infrastructure for district-level education management, the project contributes to enhancing quality education, teacher support, and overall student welfare across Thiruvannamalai.
NTC Infra executed the construction of the Knowledge Centre and Study Centre at Kondichettypatty in Namakkal, envisioned as a dedicated hub for education, research, and skill development. Equipped with modern infrastructure and thoughtfully designed spaces, the center provides resources that support independent study, collaborative learning, and professional growth. Serving students, researchers, and the wider community, the facility fosters knowledge sharing, encourages academic excellence, and strengthens educational opportunities in the Namakkal region. By creating an environment that promotes continuous learning and development, the project contributes to the district’s long-term social and intellectual progress.
